1. ScoreVibe Service
ScoreVibe is a free-to-play football fan platform offering skill-based score predictions, fixture and matchday experiences, leaderboards, UCL Fantasy, mini leagues, competitions, Vibe Points, community features and related football experiences.
2. No Gambling or Betting
ScoreVibe is not a bookmaker or betting service. We do not offer betting odds, accept wagers or require users to stake money on football outcomes. Predictions and fantasy experiences are intended for entertainment, skill-based competition and fan engagement.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features require a ScoreVibe account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide information that is not deliberately false or misleading and must not create accounts to impersonate others, evade restrictions, manipulate rewards or abuse the platform.
4. Predictions and Scoring
Score predictions generally lock at kickoff. The standard prediction scoring model is 5 points for an exact score, 3 points for the correct match result and 0 points for an incorrect result, unless a specific competition clearly publishes different rules. Final rankings may be subject to result verification, corrections and anti-abuse review.
5. UCL Fantasy and Other Games
Fantasy and game features may have their own squad, budget, deadline, transfer, captain, substitution, scoring and eligibility rules displayed within the relevant game. Users are responsible for submitting valid selections before applicable deadlines. ScoreVibe may correct data or scoring errors where necessary to preserve fair competition.
6. Mini Leagues and Competitions
Users may be able to create or join private or public competitions and mini leagues. Competition owners and participants must use these features lawfully and fairly. ScoreVibe may moderate names, messages, standings or participation where necessary to address abuse, manipulation, impersonation, harmful content or platform integrity.
7. Vibe Points, Vaults, Badges and Recognition
Vibe Points, badges and similar platform indicators are ScoreVibe engagement and recognition features. Unless ScoreVibe expressly states otherwise for a particular program, they are not legal tender, a bank account, a deposit, an investment or a transferable cash balance. Feature rules and conversion or eligibility requirements may change as the platform evolves.
8. Rewards and Winner Verification
ScoreVibe may offer prizes, rewards, recognition or promotions from time to time. Eligibility may depend on the published rules for the applicable competition, identity or account verification, geographic or method availability, fair-play review and compliance with these Terms. Ties, prize splits and payout processes are governed by the rules displayed for the relevant competition.
9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You may not hack, scrape in a harmful or unauthorized manner, exploit bugs, automate abusive activity, spam, manipulate scoring or leaderboards, abuse referrals, create deceptive accounts, submit malicious content, harass users, impersonate others or interfere with ScoreVibe systems. We may investigate, remove content, reverse improper benefits, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the platform.
10. Community Content
You are responsible for content you submit. ScoreVibe may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules, infringes rights, exposes private information, is threatening or hateful, is spam or impersonation, or otherwise creates safety or integrity risks. Moderation does not guarantee that every inappropriate item will be detected immediately.
11. Sponsorships and Future Monetization
ScoreVibe may introduce sponsorships, partnerships, premium features or other monetization in the future. ScoreVibe does not currently rely on Google AdSense. Any material new terms affecting users will be reflected in the applicable product rules, disclosures or updated policies.
12. Availability, Data and Changes
Football data, fixtures, player information and results may come from third-party data sources and can be corrected or delayed. We may update, improve, suspend or remove features when necessary. ScoreVibe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, data corrections, account issues, unavailable features or reliance on prediction or fantasy information.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ScoreVibe evolves. The current version will be posted here with its updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
