Your privacy matters to ScoreVibe. This policy explains the information we may process when you use scorevibe.org and the features connected to your ScoreVibe account.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as your email address, username and profile details; prediction and leaderboard activity; UCL Fantasy team, squad, transfer and league activity; mini-league and competition participation; Vibe Points, badges and referral activity; support messages; and other information you choose to submit.
We may also process technical and usage information such as browser and device type, page visits, session and pageview identifiers, approximate network information, timestamps and diagnostic information used for security, reliability and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, operate predictions and scoring, run fantasy and competition features, maintain leaderboards and Vibe Points, provide account and community features, respond to support, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose problems, measure product performance and improve ScoreVibe.
3. Authentication and Service Providers
ScoreVibe uses service providers to operate the platform, including services for authentication, database infrastructure, hosting, football data and other operational functions. These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and Similar Storage
ScoreVibe may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies for essential functions such as authentication sessions, preferences, security and product operation. We may also use first-party analytics identifiers to understand site usage and performance. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent account features from working correctly.
5. No AdSense Advertising
ScoreVibe does not currently use Google AdSense. This policy therefore does not claim that Google advertising cookies are used by ScoreVibe. If advertising or sponsored integrations are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and platform data, including authenticated access controls and managed infrastructure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their passwords and account access.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate ScoreVibe, or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, enforcement of our terms, or protection of users and the platform. We do not sell personal information.
8. Community and Public Features
Information you intentionally publish through public-facing features—such as usernames, leaderboard placement, competition results or other public profile activity—may be visible to other users. Avoid posting private or sensitive information in public areas.
9. Children’s Privacy
ScoreVibe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
